Rehabilitation: Adventist Paulson Rehab Network - Philosophy and Mission
Have you or a family member suffered from a stroke, brain injury, neuromuscular disorder, hip fracture, amputation or major orthopedic surgical procedure?
Recovering from these disabling diagnoses may be a difficult experience for the individual and his or her family members. Adventist Paulson Rehab Network, with Adventist Hinsdale and La Grange Hospitals and the Adventist Health Care System, provides a variety of rehabilitation services for those of all ages who have experienced physical, neurological or orthopedic disabilities. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are based on the patient’s need for maximum recovery. The therapy is exclusively designed for each patient’s needs and preferences and for the family as well.
Inpatient rehabilitation services are open for patients who have received a rehab diagnosis or have experienced functional loss from disabling diagnosis groups such as stroke and joint replacement. These inpatient services are offered at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital’s inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
Therapy is designed for each individual with a focus on treating the whole person: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Hands on treatment along with state of the art technology are utilized for maximum recovery. Highly trained and dedicated staffs are currently practicing comprehensive and innovative treatment with the goal of restoring health. Adhering to the Adventist Health Care network’s philosophy of “Keeping you well and well informed,” the Adventist Paulson Rehab Network involves the patient and family in education sessions and therapy participation.
Outpatient rehabilitation services are conveniently located in Hinsdale, Bolingbrook, Willowbrook and La Grange.
