Our team approach to care begins with the patient, our ultimate team member. Our physicians, nurses and rehab specialists on the team include: board-certified physiatrists, certified case managers, certified rehab nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, audiologists, prosthetists/orthotists, massage therapists, bio-feedback specialists, exercise physiologists, licensed social workers, recreational therapists, work evaluation specialists, vocational counselors, chaplains and numerous others.
Our Mission is to provide excellent rehabilitation services for individuals with physical and cognitive impairment in order to foster their maximum functional independence.
