Heart & Lung - Rooney: Blood Component Collection Center
Adventist Hinsdale Hospital's Blood Component Collection Center (BCCC) operates on a "community responsibility" philosophy. This philosophy is based on the belief that people donate not only for themselves and their families, but for anyone who needs blood. We operate under the volunteer system. Their desire to help others by generously donating blood on a regular basis assures the availability of blood and blood products for a growing number of patients in our community.
