Dr. Gustas is a board certified osteopathic family physician who completed residency training at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo in 2002.    Since that time, Dr. Gustas has enjoyed practicing in a solo private practice in  New York.  New patients are referrals are welcome.

Dr. Kumar joined Fairview Family Practice after completing residency training at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.  In addition to treating patients of all age groups, Dr. Kumar's primary focus is on women's and children's services.  New patients and referrals are welcome.
