Health Careers Scholarship

This $2,000 scholarship is available to any high school student who is pursuing a career in a health-related field. If you are interested in applying, or know someone who fits our career-path criteria, please print a copy of these documents and mail the completed forms to: GlenOaks Hospital Foundation, 400 E Army Trail Road, Suite 400, Bloomingdale, IL 60108.
