The Flame of Life...
The three segments of the flame represent the significance of the mind, body and spirit in the healing process. They also represent the partnership between the facilities, physicians and communities of the Midwest Region. The uplifted tips of the flame represent the human spirit and the "whole person health" ministry of Adventist Midwest Health; bringing people back to total health so they can understand God's plan of restoring man in His image for time and eternity.
The Infinity Symbol...
The symbol represents the endless, total committment of Adventist Midwest Health to accomplishing the mission of hope and healing for the communities it serves. It also represents the full complement of services provided by the Midwest Region. The dynamic movement of the symbol suggests the continued advancement and future growth of the Midwest Region.
