What are visiting hours? |

Adventist Hinsdale Hospital has general visiting hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. everyday. However, there are inpatient units that have special visiting hours. Please call 630-856-9000 for information about specific inpatient units or if you are interested in visiting outside of the general hours. |

Adventist Bolingbrook Medical Center (BMC) is a 24-hour emergency facility. We do have outpatient services such as lab, radiology, and occupational health. Lab and radiology are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Occupational Health is open M-Th. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fri. 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please call 630-226-8100 for more information or if you are interested in visiting outside of the general hours. |

Where do I go for pre-testing? |

At Adventist Hinsdale Hospital some doctors request that their patients undergo pre-testing before their scheduled surgery. This pre-testing is done by Adventist Hinsdale Hospital's Pre-Admission Testing department, which is located by patient registration on the 1st floor. Just go to patient registration and let them know that you are here for pre-testing and they will direct you to exactly where you need to go. |

At Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital pre-testing is done in the Pre-Admission Testing Center located by the Emergency Room. Park in the ER lot. Go through the ER doors, turn right and proceed to the testing center (signs will direct you). Please bring your insurance card and a photo I.D. |

Can I speak to a nurse at your hospital? |
|
The nursing staff is unable to give medical advice over the phone. It is strongly recommended that you contact your family physician for answers to all of your medical concerns. If you do not have a physician, call (630) 856-7525 and ask for a physician directory. |

Is there free parking at your facility? |
|
All of our facilities offer free parking to our visitors. There is free parking at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital in the visitors parking garage located on the south side of the facility. As an added benefit to our visitors at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital, free valet parking is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. |
